We are a mini-magnet school of 720 students in a district with two other high school buildings and a total population of 6000. We have a 100 minute "academic exploratory" period mid-day when students take a 25 minute lunch and spend 75 minutes working in any classroom or the learning center. Teachers can provide individual help...
Tell us a bit about yourself.
I am a third career high school math teacher, formerly a PhD economist and options trader. My children are both out of college. I am about to begin my sixth year teaching mostly algebra and precalculus.
